Sales Support Engineer

Our
sales engineers are salary-based as we do not pay commission. Our sales
policy is about maintaining good relationships with existing clients and
building relationships with new clients. If our sales team were paid
mainly on a commission basis they would not have the time or inclination
to build such relationships.
In addition to this a non-commission structure within the
department promotes a much better working environment.
We have found this to be very successful as evidenced by the
strong growth of our company. Sales
engineers should have a working knowledge of all aspects of building
services, although they would have access to engineers who can guide
them through the more specialised side of burners, boilers and building
services systems. Your duties would be to develop new client
relationships and maintaining existing clients, the preparation and
submission of quotations, service contracts and tenders for maintenance
and smaller installation works using Word and Excel. |
