Building Services Engineers

Engineers should have a good working knowledge of all commercial and industrial building services plant. This should include air handling units, pumps, calorifiers, plate heat exchangers, pipework, motorised valves, control panels and a good understanding of how complete building services systems (such as heating, hot water and chilled water) work. Although having gas qualifications (ACS or ACoPs) would be an advantage it is not a requirement for this position.
